I am surprised that being the natural beings that we are that people are so prone to use synthetic and follow the unnatural ways. It is almost automatic when people are in pain, discomfort, or can't sleep for them to pop a pill, drink some sort of elixir such as Tylenol pm or NyQuil and feel this is perfectly acceptable. Well all I have to say is have they thought about the chemicals in all these potions, the side affects they are about to incur, and how about the long term use of this quick fixes, diseases just don't unexpectedly happen, we create them.
I am anti pills and anti chemicals, I believe our bodies can cure itself by providing the proper ingredients and staying out of it's way. Yesterday I had all my mercury removed, needless to say I was in severe pain once the anesthesia ran out. I knew the popping a pain med was not the answer for me, but I was literally going stir crazy with the pain. So I remembered I had Oil of Oregano in my cabinet and remembered that besides being anti fungal, viral and bacterial that it was also a pain reliever, so then I dabbed some on a Q tip and placed it on my gums, ate a ton of fruit prior to that and was able to sleep. I woke up as if nothing had happened the day before. I am still a tad bit sore but nothing to write home about. I am glad I didn't jump into the pain pill wagon and allowed nature to take it's coarse. Pain pills would have given me a horrific hangover and tons of side effects, instead I woke up fresh was able to do my morning cardio which consited of riding my bike for 10 miles followed by my gardening and later a visit to the gym to work out my quads. So moral of the story, lets tap into our natural state and we will lead healthy productive lives beyond our imagination.
Recipe of the Day:
cut up cantaloupe into chunks 3 Lb worth
take 2-3 cups of cantaloupe, 3 celery stalks, 2 dates, stevia drops 16 and blend in a blender until creamy.
take a bowl and add 8 oz of raw spinach, the 3 lbs of cantaloupe and pour the ingredients that are inside the blender on to the bowl.

We spend a lot of time fixing our house, waxing our cars, and getting plastic surgery to enhance our features, but one of the most important things that we are over looking is what we place in our mouth. That old saying you are what you eat is probably the most truthful statement you will ever hear. But what about the things that have been placed in your mouth that you had no control over such as the fillings that placed there when you were a child?
I have suffered from bowel problems, Candida's and all sorts of health issues do to less than optimal medical practices as a child that I now face consequences for as an adult. The fillings in my mouth are made out of mercury, a very toxic compound that is known for disturbing your neurological, gastrointestinal, and lymphatic system. I am about to embark on a very exciting and overdue project, the removal of my mercury fillings. Mind you, it is not cheap, and I had to take out a no interest loan to have this chemical removed, you figure I should be able to sue, get compensated or have someone responsible for the payment. We are lied to all the time about what is safe, and it's only based on the profit margin. We are being poisoned, malinformed and slowly killed by the corporations who are in cahoots with the evil pharmaceuticals who can't seem to get enough drugs in you.
But actually we are to blame, we live in a society that wants everything fast and that includes a quick cure fix. Yet we don't realize that our body takes it's time to heal you, it works through balance and respecting the different systems involved. Every gland, organ and cell communicates to keep a healthy balance of health with in you. So when you add synthetics, poisons and none food items in your temple, guess what? You are going to pay the price. Stop making the corporations rich, start growing your own food or supporting your local farmers, if you have mercury fillings in your mouth, have them removed. Chop 1 cup of soaked walnuts and 5 celery stalks place in a bag add cayenne pepper powder and cinnamon and shake. Tasty snack to hold you till your next meal. Make sure to soak your walnuts for 8 hours. Packed with nutrients and flavor. Make sure to drink plenty of water and not to add any other fats for the day. Keep your fat intake low at less than 10% of your caloric intake. Do not mix fruits with nuts. Eat your fruit first and weight 20 min.

If I were to tell you that every cold you ever had, every headache and every ailment has been created by what you eat and do, would you believe me? Well it has and you probably won't.
Although you may think that it's just your bad luck that you are not feeling well, contracted some virus or sat next to someone who was filled with germs, and that is why you woke up this morning feeling like crap, the fact is that your immune system is down due to all the high corn fructose syrup, gluten, salt, food coloring, yeast, and what you have been eating all your life.
